Pastor Bruce Applegate

Pastor Bruce began serving as pastor at Mt. Pleasant, August 2009. He has been in full-time ministry since 1992, serving pastorates in Rochester and Indianapolis, Indiana, and most recently in Milwaukee, Wisconsin. His favorite thing about being a pastor is to see people come to know Christ in a personal way and then for them to impact their sphere of influence for Christ. He enjoys sports of all kinds and even thinks he can play a little golf (very little). Pastor Bruce has been married to Marti for 22 years and they have three children, Tyler 21, Katie, 19 and Jared 15.



Brandon Zoll

Brandon Zoll came to Mt. Pleasant in January of 2009 and is currently the associate pastor. He oversees the youth and children’s ministry. He has a bachelor degree in Religious Studies from Oakland City University, and is currently pursuing his Masters in Divinity at Oakland City University. Brandon has been married sense 2006 to his wife Jeannette Zoll who is very involved in the children’s program. They also have a son who was born November 30, 2009. Sense 2004 Brandon has served in various churches with various backgrounds, as a youth pastor. He has found a home at Mount Pleasant and feels very blessed to be apart of the ministry and work that God has given them.
